Ещё есть с завода наклон этого порта. Когда подключён кабель с длинным штекером, кладёшь геймпад и он начинает давить и делается как упор, и идёт на излом на этот штекер. Приходилось переворачивать геймпад чтобы кабель был сверху😊

I use a hall effect keybord and an optical mouse. Zero problems. I never understood the point of anyone older than 12 using a console controller. I hear console gamers talking smack about keeping up in FPS games but I've never seen it. I can see drone operators needing this however.

As others have said, it improves human interfacing with the machine more than getting an advantage with your packets getting to the servers first. The feel of an 8k (not the fake Razer 8k implementation) vs 1khz, or even 4k vs 1k is such a huge tactile difference when playing counterstrike, and getting my click timing correct. It's the difference between flicking over and past your target and hitting that head with your click as you follow through, and not. The benefits are not apparent to most because most who think they've tried it were misled by companies. (For the skeptics, grab a cheap wired OP18k (and configure the software) and a high refresh monitor and have fun.)

Fast forward to today I'm looking for a new controller and heard about this new "hall effect joystick" and I had no idea it was what was made in this video until it popped up in my feed again. I cannot express how awesome you are and how much real world impact your design has had.

PS5 controllers are garbage. I've gone through 3 in a little over a year.

mouse scroll wheel suffer the same fate unfortunately but the problem ussually caused by the oil used inside causing the scroll to jump backwards since it doest have a propper contact seing that oil is non conductive, remove the oil inside and you will probably upgrade your pc first before the mouse wheel broke down.

Jokes on them, i learn to live with my drifty controller, in fact i have two good ones, i refuse to put away old drifty, i consider it a challenge. Also, you built a controller with bananas, thats....bananas.

I have a ps4 and this looks great but i Also got a Xbox one and they also have micro USB my question is will there be something similar to this for the Xbox one controllers?

Next find an alternative to the springs.

They could've fixed it with a simple calibration function.

try a kalman filter to filter the end signal will help you a lot.

this is why i prefer pc gaming over console... these problems don't exist on pc. i am impressed with this guy's determination and generosity with this technology

For years I've been sick and tired of my Dualshock 4's micro USB port being so damn loose. I've tried replacing the port multiple times, I've tried replacing the controller outright, I've even bought a 3D printed little attachment that's supposed to keep it in place, and it always failed eventually. I was thinking of getting a Dualsense and take my chances with potential drifting, but at long last, I have the permanent solution for the controller I already have. Thank you so much.
